A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I have been there. There was a time in my life when I was so burnt out I didn't think there was a way out. I bought every health book out there, watched all the shows, and spent hours on the Internet researching the right foods for my body, and read all the self-help books I could just to feel alive and not feel depressed. What I discovered is that there IS no right food, no right self-care way,..that we are all different have unique nutritional needs. What I did learn is that I needed a plan and permission to put myself first. Maybe you do too? My studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Institute, Health Coach Institute, where I studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming and my deep exploration into gut health, mental health, and energy medicine have helped me and 1,000's of others journey from Burnout to Balanced. I finally got it down. Now I can't wait to share it with you!
